AN OCEAN IN A DROP

  April 29, 2021 Some of us find it hard to share..hard to say things... Our voice breaks, shivers, betray us when we try to speak our hearts out. Our hearts pound... It takes a hell lot of effort to open up.  Generally, we are the same people who hear everybody out. We are there for them. I am one of them. Ample of my problems will be gone if I just start sharing...  We see people for who they are. and We know. when people listen they perceive.. they may not get what we are trying to say. And we seal our mouths...  But look around you... Even the most introverts of Us allow some chosen ones in. Even having one person is enough. Trust them. Say it.  Concluding my thoughts for the day... dil khola hota agar yaaron ke sath, na kholna parhta auzaaron ke sath.

In today's episode of An ocean in a drop, we are fully empathizing with global citizens suffering because of Covid-19.  Don't we all feel helpless when we watch news, hear stories, see all the pain.But I am not here to talk about the pain.. I am not here to talk about the helplessness. I am here to share how we can help..  Take it as a test by the Almighty, Universe, Nature,God, whatever you call HIM. It can be a test of our humanity.. I think we all hold infinite treasures with us, be it your smile, your Hello, your virtual hugs, money, oxygen cylinders, books, a glass of water even.. Just share.. Just give.. Our fellows need it.. and as much as they do. we need it too.  Yes.. it is hard, We are all scared.. we are all stuck.. We are all at the mercy of a microscopic virus.. But do you see it? we ALL are here, together. if there is one thing that can help us here, its our humanity.. Lets keep it alive.. Lets not fall and let others fall. it is enough.. even if you couldn...

 well... I am gonna start in the middle of everything.... Rumi- a persian poet of 13th century first used the phrase 'an ocean in the drop'. I guess it explains us humans.. We carry us-our emotions, our thoughts, our stories, our lives in 5-6 feet skeleton wrapped in  flesh along with a soul. We carry our own universe inside a vessel. But the real question is how much we explore it in one lifetime?  Hiiii... This is The AR. A Women trying to find out one million meanings of one single word called Life. See you around!
